AT&T’s Data Center Colocation Operations and Assets Rebranded as Evoque Data Center Solutions™

Following the announcement of the completed sale of AT&T’s data center colocation operations and assets to Brookfield Infrastructure and its institutional partners (“Brookfield”), the business has been rebranded as Evoque Data Center Solutions™ (“Evoque”).
The transaction, previously announced on June 21, 2018, includes 31 data centers globally, with 18 located in North America. Evoque will own and operate the assets and all customer contracts. Employees supporting the colocation operations, fixed assets, leases and owned facilities will transfer to Evoque.
