Sarah Button to discuss the data center industry and where it’s headed in a post-COVID-19 world; joining other leading executives at Credit Suisse’s virtual event
DALLAS, June 16, 2020 – Evoque Data Center Solutions™ (www.evoquedcs.com), a global colocation services company with operations across 11 countries and four continents, today announced that its Chief Financial Officer, Sarah Button, will be a featured speaker at Credit Suisse’s upcoming annual communications conference, to be held June 16-17.
Button will discuss the state of the data center industry, which has changed dramatically over the last year.
“The global response to the COVID-19 pandemic has forced companies to evaluate how and where they do business,” Button said. “That, in turn, has required data centers to become far more nimble and responsive to their clients’ requirements.”
Button will share with conference attendees how Evoque, created less than two years ago with the acquisition of AT&T’s data centers, has been easily able to adjust to the quickly changing environment.
“Since becoming an independent firm, Evoque has focused on building flexible systems and platforms that can easily adapt to our customers’ needs,” she said. “And while nobody could have predicted the current situation, our efforts have given us the ability to rapidly respond to the evolving conditions.”
Button noted that Evoque was one of the first firms to implement an expanded “remote hands” service at its Asian data centers, giving its clients the ability to maintain consistent services, while minimizing the risk of virus exposure. Evoque subsequently expanded its Remote Hands capability with a new unlimited Remote Hands service offering available at its 18 US-based data centers and its Redditch, UK facility.
The Credit Suisse Annual Communications Conference, now in its 22nd year, will be held virtually, with senior leadership from key companies across the Media, Telecom, Internet, Telecom Infrastructure and Cable/Satellite sectors taking part. Button will sit alongside other top executives in select industry panels and engage in one-on-one meetings.
