UPDATE — March 4, 2020 — As the situation concerning COVID-19/novel coronavirus continues to unfold, Evoque Data Center Solutions™ is extending the offer of five hours of complimentary Remote Hands Services for an additional 30 days at the Evoque Shanghai, Hong Kong 1, and Hong Kong 2 data center facilities.

DALLAS, TX — February 5, 2020 — In response to the concerning Coronavirus outbreak in China, Evoque Data Center Solutions™ has implemented several safety protocols for select Asia Pacific data center facilities. These measures are intended to keep our staff and clients as safe as possible and minimize the risk of virus exposure.  

All Asia Pacific Evoque data centers remain open 24x7 for remote hands and customer access. Evoque strongly encourages clients to use remote hands for as many needs as possible and has taken customer-focused steps to make remote hands services easy and accessible in the affected areas. Additional security measures are in place for in-person visits and on-site customer access.  

Five Hours of Free Remote Hands  

Demonstrating Evoque’s Customer-First, High Touch approach to service, we are extending a Free Remote Hands offer.  Evoque will be providing five (5) hours of free Remote Hands services to all customers in the three data centers in the affected region beginning immediately for the next 30 days. This will help minimize the number of people who need to visit our Shanghai or either of the Hong Kong data center facilities.  

The following Evoque data center facilities are eligible for five hours of free remote hands for next 30 days:  

Any clients able to utilize remote hands for tasks such as a facility check, equipment swap, etc. are encouraged to do so. Clients can arrange for remote hands assistance through the Evoque Customer Portal or by contacting the Evoque Support Centre at:
