How did you get into the data center industry?
I joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2014 to support the Data Center and the Global Corporate Services brokers in Dallas. I didn’t know then that I would be so intrigued by the data center industry.
What gets you most enthused about working directly with Brokers?
I started my career in real estate brokerage and I am excited for the opportunity to maintain and build these relationships throughout my career and at Evoque.
What market trends are you seeing in the current data center space with regards to brokers?
With the global pandemic still happening, it is hard to say for certain, but I predict in Q4 2020 into 2021 we will continue to see many enterprises re-evaluating their IT strategy. Moving out of legacy owned sites and migrating into a hybrid deployment model as the economy stabilizes.
What are some of your hobbies?
Live music, sporting events, gardening, skiing, attempting to play golf and almost anything outdoors with the exception to Texas in late July/August.

Favorite vacation spot?
The mountains
Favorite food?
“Tex-Mex”
Favorite sports teams?
Texas Tech, Dallas Mavericks, and I’ve semi-replaced the Dallas Cowboys with the Kansas City Chiefs, for obvious reasons.
